Key points

  • Your booking is confirmed only once your payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation.
  • All amounts paid at booking are non-refundable. See the Payment & Cancellation Policy.
  • Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. A valid ID or passport is required for every adult guest.
  • Prices include VAT. The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee set by Greek law is not included and is paid at the property.
  • No smoking indoors, no parties or events, and no unregistered guests in the suites.

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website www.crystalviewmykonos.gr (the "Website") and every booking made directly with Crystal View Mykonos, whether through the Website, by email, by telephone or in person.

By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Payment & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, which together form the contract between you and us. If you do not accept them, please do not make a booking.

1. Who we are

Crystal View Mykonos is operated by VIDALI KAI KOUSATHANAS L.P., Megali Ammos, Mykonos 84600, Greece, VAT No. 802810880, Tax Office MYKONOS

Email: info@crystalviewmykonos.gr · Telephone / WhatsApp: (+30) 697 802 5094

In these Terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Crystal View Mykonos and its operator; "you" refers to the person making the booking and, where relevant, every guest included in it.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to direct bookings. Bookings made through third parties (for example Booking.com, Expedia or a travel agent) are governed by the terms and cancellation conditions accepted on that platform. Sections 7 (Arrival, stay and departure), 8 (House rules), 11 (Our liability) and 12 (Force majeure) apply to every guest staying at the property, however the booking was made.

3. Making a booking

  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. That person is responsible for the accuracy of all information given, for every guest included in the booking and for the payment of all amounts due.
  • Prices and availability shown on the Website are an invitation to book. Submitting the booking form is your offer to book. The contract is concluded only when the amount due at booking has been paid successfully and we have sent you a written booking confirmation by email.
  • While you pay, the selected suite is held for you for a limited time (currently 20 minutes). If payment is not completed within that time, the hold lapses automatically and no booking or contract exists.
  • Please check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us at info@crystalviewmykonos.gr within 48 hours of any error.
  • You must enter your real name and contact details. Bookings made with false details, by automated means, or for the purpose of resale are not permitted.

We may refuse a booking, or cancel a booking with a full refund of all amounts paid, where: (a) the price shown was clearly and obviously wrong because of a technical or typing error; (b) we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment card; (c) false or incomplete details were given; or (d) the booking was made in breach of these Terms, including the misuse of a discount code. In case (d) we may, instead of cancelling, ask you to pay the difference to the undiscounted price.

4. Prices, taxes and fees

  • All prices are in euro (EUR), per suite and per stay, for the number of guests and the board basis selected, and include VAT at the rate in force at the time of booking.
  • The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (Τέλος Ανθεκτικότητας στην Κλιματική Κρίση) is imposed by Greek law per room and per night, is not included in the prices shown and is payable at the property on arrival, at the rate set by law for the dates of your stay.
  • Prices vary by date, length of stay, occupancy and board basis. The price that applies to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking. Price changes after your booking, including later promotions, do not affect your booking and do not give rise to any refund.
  • If VAT or any other charge imposed by law changes after your booking, the change will be applied as required by law.
  • Any extra services you request at the property are charged separately at the prices in force at that time.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payment, deposits, cancellations, changes, no-shows and refunds are governed by our Payment & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: every amount paid at booking is non-refundable, whether you choose to pay a deposit or the full price, and any remaining balance is payable at check-in.

6. No right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the corresponding provisions of Greek Law 2251/1994, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to accommodation services booked for specific dates. Cancellation of your booking is governed exclusively by our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

7. Arrival, stay and departure

  • Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability, and may be charged. If you stay in the suite after check-out time without our agreement, we may charge the price of an additional night.
  • Identification: every adult guest must present a valid identity card or passport at check-in, as Greek law requires us to record guest details. We may refuse check-in, without refund, if valid identification is not provided.
  • Occupancy: each suite may be occupied only by the guests registered in the booking and never by more people than its maximum occupancy. We may refuse access to additional or unregistered persons, without refund.
  • Late arrival and no-show: please let us know if you will arrive late. If you have not arrived by 12:00 on the day after your scheduled arrival date and have not told us, your booking is treated as a no-show: it is cancelled, no refund is due and the suite may be let to others.
  • Early departure: no refund or credit is given for nights booked but not used.
  • Suite allocation: we guarantee the suite type you booked, not a specific suite. If, for reasons beyond our control, the booked suite type is unavailable, we may provide accommodation of the same or a higher category at our property or a comparable nearby property at no extra cost. If the accommodation provided is of a lower category, we will refund the price difference.
  • If breakfast is included in your booking, it is served at the times and place we tell you at check-in. No refund is given for meals or services not used.

8. House rules

To keep the property safe and pleasant for everyone, all guests agree to the following rules:

  • No smoking (including e-cigarettes) inside the suites or any enclosed area, in line with Greek law. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas where permitted. A breach entitles us to charge the reasonable cost of deep cleaning and of any resulting loss of income.
  • No parties, events, gatherings or filming for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 and 08:00, and respect other guests and neighbours.
  • No visitors who are not registered guests may enter or stay in the suites without our consent.
  • Pets are not allowed unless agreed with us in writing before arrival.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including on terraces and stairs.
  • You are responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the suite, its furniture, equipment, keys or the property caused by you or anyone in your booking, beyond normal wear and tear, and you must pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. Please report any damage immediately.
  • Please close windows and doors, switch off the air conditioning when you leave the suite, and keep valuables in the in-suite safe.

If a guest seriously or repeatedly breaches these rules, behaves violently, abusively or dangerously, causes serious damage or engages in illegal activity, we may end the stay immediately, without refund, and, where appropriate, inform the authorities.

9. Complimentary transfer

  • Where a complimentary transfer between Mykonos airport or port and the property is included in your booking, it is a courtesy service. Please send your flight or ferry details at least 48 hours before arrival and before departure.
  • The transfer may be carried out by us or by a licensed third-party transport provider. Pick-up times are arranged on the basis of the information you give us.
  • We are not responsible for delays or missed flights or ferries caused by traffic, weather, changes to carrier schedules, late or incorrect information from you, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please allow enough time for your departure.
  • The transfer has no cash value and no refund or credit is given if it is not used.

10. Discount codes and offers

  • Discount codes are valid only for direct bookings on the Website, within their validity period and under the conditions stated when they were issued.
  • Unless stated otherwise, each code is personal, may be used once, is linked to the email address it was sent to, cannot be combined with other offers, is not transferable and has no cash value.
  • We may refuse or cancel codes obtained or used in breach of these conditions, for example by registering several email addresses.
  • A discount does not change the Payment & Cancellation Policy. A code used on a booking that is later cancelled is not reissued.

11. Our liability

  • We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for items brought to the property by guests is governed by Articles 834 to 839 of the Greek Civil Code. Please keep money, jewellery, documents and other valuables in the in-suite safe; to the extent permitted by those provisions, we are not liable for valuables that were not kept in the safe or handed to us for safekeeping.
  • We are not liable for temporary interruptions or disturbances that are beyond our reasonable control, such as interruptions to water, electricity or internet supplied by third parties, works or noise on neighbouring properties or public spaces, or weather conditions. We will take reasonable steps to limit their effect on your stay.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights or ferries, other travel arrangements, loss of earnings or business opportunities.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you in connection with a booking is limited to the total price of that booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our fault, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including your rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law.

12. Force majeure

Neither you nor we are liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, extreme weather, epidemics, acts or restrictions of public authorities, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes (including transport strikes) and failures of public utilities.

If such an event makes it impossible for us to provide your accommodation, we will offer you alternative dates or refund the amounts you paid for the nights we cannot provide. If such an event affects your ability to travel or to arrive (for example cancelled flights or ferries, strikes, bad weather or illness), our Payment & Cancellation Policy applies and no refund is due. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

13. Use of the Website

  • All content on the Website, including texts, photographs, logos and design, belongs to us or is used under licence and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
  • Photographs, descriptions and floor areas are indicative. Minor differences in furnishings, decoration, equipment or views do not constitute a breach of contract.
  • We take care to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors, which we may correct at any time.
  • You must not misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to extract content or make bookings, or making false bookings.
  • The Website may contain links to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is not right during your stay, please tell us straight away so we can try to put it right on the spot. After your stay, please send any complaint to info@crystalviewmykonos.gr and we will reply as soon as possible.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), an approved alternative dispute resolution body, at www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and every booking are governed by Greek law. The courts of Syros, Greece (and the Magistrates' Court of Mykonos where it has jurisdiction) have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where EU law allows it.

16. General provisions

  • These Terms are available in Greek and English. If there is any inconsistency between the two, the Greek version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your booking applies to that booking. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not mean that we waive it.
