2. Strictly necessary storage (always active)

- cvm-welcome-offer (local storage, this website): remembers that you requested a welcome code, and the email you entered, so that the offer is not shown again for a while and checkout can apply your code. Kept until you clear it.
- cvm-welcome-coupon (local storage, this website): keeps the welcome code from the link in your email so it can be filled in at checkout. Removed when the code can no longer be used, or when you clear it.
- Payment page cookies (set by Viva on its own domain): when you pay, you are taken to Viva's secure payment page, which uses its own cookies that are necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention. They are governed by Viva's cookie policy.
3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If we use analytics on the Website, it is only switched on after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner or in Cookie settings. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses.
- _ga (Google, this website): distinguishes visitors. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_<ID> (Google, this website): keeps the state of the session. Expires after 2 years.
If you decline or later withdraw your consent, analytics is not loaded and we delete the analytics cookies that we can reach from the Website.
4. Third-party content
- Fonts and styles: to display the Website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts and style sheets from the jsDelivr network. These providers receive your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the files. We do not allow them to set advertising cookies through our Website.
- Links to social networks and booking platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia) are simple links. Those services set their own cookies only if you click through to them.
5. How to manage your choices
- Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page to accept or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary storage, some features (such as remembering your language) may not work.
